RanInstallRegistryValue

This is the actual value that is created underneath the RanInstallRootKey and RanInstallRegistryKey. This value must have data that is not null in order for TB Start to determine that the installation has been completed successfully. We like to put in the installation date just in case we want to have that information available for other purposes.
