HasDocument

This setting allows you to have a document button on the TB Start screen. TB Start will then launch the file specified in the DocumentPath and DocumentFileName settings. The file's extension must be associated with the appropriate application on the user's computer. Therefore, we recommend standard extensions like .txt, .rtf, .wri, or .hlp. Notice that True is case-sensitive in the config.ini. Use True, not TRUE, true, or some other permutation.
