CheckTBAuthorMode

This setting allows you to give the option of starting your application in author-level ToolBook if that is available on the user's machine. For example, we do this on our "Learning & Mastering ToolBook …" series. Notice that True is case-sensitive in the config.ini. Use True, not TRUE, true, or some other permutation.
