This is part of the Comments functionality of the Plug-Ins.
Use the Comments - Add tool to open the Comment on the Current Page window. Type in your comments and then click Save to save them to the external comments file. If you click Cancel, your notes are not saved.
Note: you can collapse this dialog by clicking on the collapse graphic (
)
at the top of the screen and then expand it again by clicking the expand graphic (
).
