List Information

The ToolBook mailing list was created several years ago to allow users of SumTotal Systems ToolBook to help each other. It was run by John Hall at the University of Arizona for almost seven years. Beginning December, 2002, the listserv moved to its current home at Platte Canyon Multimedia Software Corporation. The list uses LISTSERV® software to distribute the mail posted by list members, so you may hear it referred to as a "listserv list."

This list's sole goal is to share information regarding the use of ToolBook with users of all levels. If you're a beginning ToolBook user, don't feel shy about asking any question. Yes, the question may have been answered recently but we all drop in and out of the list depending upon schedule, so you are not imposing by asking a "dumb" question. On the other hand, it's a good idea to chek all of your sources. Here are some good places to look for an answer:

  • Search ToolBook Help
  • Search SumTotal Systems Knowledge Base
  • Search The ToolBook Listserv's Archives
