If you checked the Check Spelling as You Type option on the Language Options dialog, then key content fields on the Content Editor will indicate misspelled words (controlled by the Typing Error Action). You may right-click on the misspelled words to display a list of suggestions. You may choose a suggestion, ignore it, have all instances autocorrect to the suggestion (under the AutoCorrect submenu), or launch the Spell Check Field dialog box.
