Setup Procedure: Step by Step

To setup the TBK Tracker ASP Version:

1. Create and test your TBK Tracker application without using ASP features. See the TBK Tracker Developer Help for details.

2. Copy your database to a web server.

3. Modify the connection string in both tbkTrackerRead.ASP and tbkTrackerWrite.ASP. You can edit the files in any text editor such as Notepad, or you can use a Web authoring program such as Microsoft FrontPage.

4. If you want to modify the date format, modify tbkTrackerFormat.ASP and the Session.LCID.

5. Copy the three TBK Tracker ASP pages to the Web server. These files are:

• tbkTrackerFormat.ASP

• tbkTrackerRead.ASP

• tbkTrackerWrite.ASP

6. Use the TBK Tracker Administrator to change your database settings to the ASP option. See the TBK Tracker Administrator Help for details.
