There are two Editor - ComboBox tools:
Editor - ComboBox (Page) - Available from the Page palette.
Editor - ComboBox (Background) - Available from the Background palette

You can add either tool to a custom palette or custom menu.
Use the Editor - ComboBox tools to edit all of the combo boxes on the current page/background in one editor. Each comboBox has a corresponding section in the editor. Use the File menu Save option to save the settings back to your ToolBook page/background.
